FREESTYLE 101

Is a movement class that promotes creative thinking and thought provoking research on one’s self as an individual dance-artist. There are no right or wrong ways of approaching your dance! We will explore our dancing through various tasks and games. We will witness and be witnessed in our discoveries of self. I encourage and celebrate exploration in any dance,it’s not inclusive or exclusive of any dance style.
